Volume 1. Give yourself 30 minutes of relaxation. Very high-quality headphones are necessary.
Sit comfortably, keep your back straight, put on your headphones, turn on this track at medium volume (sometimes the music should be barely audible - this is normal), close your eyes and just relax, without paying attention to any thought, just feel that you are alive and nothing else attracts your attention now.
