Two Photos a Year Apart
You might think it's photoshopped, but these are two different photos of me taken a year apart. On the left is me when I was drinking, on the right is me after seven months of sobriety. First of all, giving up alcohol helps to normalize your weight.

For three years I received awards as a representative of a large casino chain, and it just so happened – in absolutely identical circumstances. The event was held in the same hall year after year. Probably everything coincided so well – the place, the decorations, the angle – for greater clarity of how a person who drinks at forty years old can look compared to one who leads a sober lifestyle.
